How can i create a input file for cytoscape? im new on this so i need help, please.

Your question as it stands cannot be answered other than "read the manual". Looking at your question history, one can conclude that you have some GO terms. But it remained totally unclear what your data consists of. So may I in all honesty ask if you really want help? If so, fine. There are a lot of competent people here who could help, but you have to help them first. Please try to write a two paragraph summary of what kind of data you have in which format and what the desired output is, then have colleague or friend read it and tell you if they understand. Otherwise, it will be a total waste of time.

I would suggest you read this paper, written by some of the members here, about how to get the most out of this forum and not waste the time of people trying to help you.
