Gap Filling Torrant Unpaired Reads Contigs Aligned Using Contiguator

Hi everyone,

Iv been looking for a software that would be able to reduce the number of gaps within my sequence. I have aligned and orientated my contigs using contiguator (using a reference), i have around 50 gaps. iv looked for softwares that could help in closing gaps within my pesudo sequences but most of them are for paried end reads. Are there any softwares that you could recomend for closing gaps.

or else you can merge contigs from different assembler this also may be fulfil your goal.
