Does anyone have, or know where to find, plots (MA, volcano, mean-sd, etc) from microarray data that show improper or failed normalization, problematic data, or other issues that may come up during processing arrays? I have ones but they show fairly standard successful performance, I was hoping to find some with obvious issues to use for teaching.
