I am following the paper Lieberman-Aiden,van Berkum et al., 2009. in this paper figure number 4 shows fractal and equilibrium globule structure which related with chromatin structure.

My question is , How can I draw such a figure and what will be the input file to generate such kind of figure.

your idea and comments are needed.

please suggest me the better way to do this

It's likely that they used PyMol, at least they reference it in the supplemental methods.

Dear Sir Devon,

I have been through this article and supplementary information. I am unable to get what is the input file/data to generate the fractal globular structure.I am unable to get the points that they correlate the Hi-C data with fractal globule and equilibrium globule.

I am facing problem:

how to generate the globule structure (fractal and equilibrium).

how do I correlate it with hic data.

The structures themselves are likely derived from the interaction data, since that would put constraints on where the various points could be placed. If you want the exact details then you're best off just contacting the authors.
