You must click on Analysis | Reports | Report Wizard. Then you can create a final report with the informations you want.

I did but in the report wizard rs number or SNP ID is not there

Hi, I saw you were looking for the answer of converting the id from kgp to rs. And I face the same problem. I am wondering if you solve this problem and how. Thanks!
