identification of level of gene expression related to first intron's cis- elements pattern

I am doing my bioinformatics research right now...that is about, identification of patterns of cis-elements in first intron using human tissue specific gene.I just want to find out whether there is a correlation between gene expression level and cis-element patters , So need to know Ideas on this

thank you...mikhail.....By the way..based on the studies on involvement of first intron towards transcription regulation actually I want to find out whether there is a pattern of cis-elements of first intron in human tissue specific gene. based on that I would like to cluster then then try to find out correlation between such clusters and Tissue specificity. Similarly, I want to make a connection this patterns/cluster along with gene expression, for example,

For example if all first introns having, 2 TATA box, 2 CAAT box, 3 GC box, will form a one particular cluster. Then we have to compare whether such clusters are having relationship with tissue specificity. Then we can determine the correlation between cis-elements and tissue specificity.

just after clustering according to the above criteria and all such if such introns fall in to Brain tissues, we can interpret all brain tissue's first introns are having order of 2 TATA box ,2CAAT box ,3 GC box.

then I want to find out whether there is a correlation between cis-elements patter and gene expression level(up and down regulation)

please I need comment on this study and also need advice and help
