Mutation detection/calling from RNA-seq data

Hi,

I have a RNA-seq data with replicates.But, I do not have control.

What I want is to perform mutation calls on this data. There are many softwares and different QC.

I would like to know what kind of QC is performed in your lab and which tool do you use for analysing such a data. A flow diagram or stepwise explanation would be nice to have.
