How to annotate splicing sites, ESEs and ESSs in a gene

Hello,

Given a big list of genes, I would like to annotate the positions of splicing sites, ESEs (Exonic splicing enhancers) and ESSs (Exoninc Splicing Silencers).

Can this information be extracted from existing database? How could I do please?

Any help much appreciated!
