I know you should put data consisting only in the data pool if you are sure they belong to the same (sub) tree.
But is it also possible to label the distance data with snp's instead? So that you can force the software to make different decisions in neighbourhood analysis, in other words overrule the ignorance of the program. If this doesn't exist it would be a really nice feature. Any ideas?
I am using splitstree by the way.
