  • RNP 3D Model of the full mRNA-miRNA-Ago complex ?

N.B.: did you check the structural data available for this kind of system: e.g. PDB ID 3HK2 and related 3D structures ?

yes i check the pdb data.basically i need a tool or software by which i can build a 3d model of mRNA and miRNA seed region.i also look over a structure in PDB.i.e 3F73.in which mRNA-miRNA-Ago complex model was given.i need a best tool by which i can be able to build a 3d model.
