Problem with JASPAR matrices and clover

Has anyone ever had a problem with the TFBS motif finding program Clover not recognising the input matrix file?I have downloaded the JASPAR motif matrices and done all necessary conversions but clearly I am missing something! My matrix file is in the following format:

0    94    1    2
3    75    0    19
79    4    3    11
40    3    4    50
66    1    1    29
48    2    0    47
65    5    5    22
11    2    3    81
65    3    28    1
0    3    88    6

which, to my knowledge, should be recognisable. Do you have any advice? Is there something glaringly obvious I am missing?

Any help would be great!
