Hello,
I'm here to ask whether there's a good bacterial strain drug resistance database available? I know the existence of 'The Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database'. However it put too much focus on genes, rather on a genome/strain level. What I want is: I search 'Escherichia coli Oxxx:Hxx xxx', it then tells me what drugs this bug is resistant to. Or in another way, I search 'tetracycline' within species 'Escherichia coli', it will pop up a list of E. coli strains that are resistant to tetracycline.
Many thanks for any info.

Not duplicate. As I said I am aware of 'Comprehensive Antibiotic Resistance Database'. It is not what I need as far as I know. I need something on the strain/genome level.
