How to assign gene to protein reaction association?

I have group of protein sequences form my fungi, associated with EC-numbers and reactions. I want to create draft metabolic reconstruction. Are there any automated tools which can be used to assign gene to protein reaction association. I tried looking for some research papers to understand the protocol for the assignment of boolean method of gene to protein reaction association but can not find much information. Can any one help me in this regard?

Your question was a bit long time ago so I hope you did find some way to do that. I also have the same problem. Can you please let me know how did you assign gene to protein reaction association?
