Hello guys,

Could someone please suggest to me how to use following search parameters for tblastn search (stand alone version)

Search parameters : maximum identity > 95%, length > 200 bp and Evalue < 10e-10.(borrowed idea from http://www.biomedcentral.com/1471-2164/12/76; Digital gene expression section)

I am well conversant with blast commands such as:

tblastn -db blastdb/nippest -query mydata.fasta -evalue 10e-10 >out.nippest - outfmt 11

Following the attached paper I wish to add maximum identity >95% and length 200 bp as part of search parameters but I can't figure out how to go about. I have checked all NCBI BLAST documentations but I can't find the solution.

Thanks

Seems duplicate of your own previous question

Yes, it is... I wrote the first question by mistake on the comment section of another question I had asked earlier on (gene duplication) by mistake and couldn't find a way to delete it....

That's why I posted it as new post. But I have figured out how to delete it.Thanks.
