Hi all,

I am analyzing two different cell types, by RNAseq, which should interact each other. I have done the DE analysis and I know the set of specific genes for each cell type. Now, I would like to identify wich of these genes (for one cell type) may interact with the other cell type (like ligand-receptor interaction for example). Do you know any tool that can perform this analysis?

Thanks in advance

You could perform regular Gene Ontology analysis or pathway analysis and then look up the classes and pathways that are involved in cell-cell communication.
