Does anyone know of a database of integration sites of known Human Endogenous Retroviruses (HERVs). I've come across this resource which came from this paper in 2003 but the data behind the website is missing.

I could probably take their method and scan the genome myself, but a citable database would make everything easier.

Your best bet might be the rmsk table in UCSC

Repeats -> Repeatmasker -> rmsk

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables

the type column will show "ERV"
