Simple Uniprot target list?

I am looking for a simple excel file that has uniprot/swiss prot database numbers and target name for human. I can't seem to find it in a format file that I can view simply. Thank you

Just use the UniProt query interface and the display options to toggle in what you want to see (e.g. protein name) and then select the download option for your results on the top right.
