Hi,

I am trying to create a protein model using swissmodel. The problem is that it only creates model that are the same length as the template. How do I create a model that includes a histidine tag and the rest of the sequences on the C terminus that are not present in the template.

By definition you cannot "homology model" beyond the limits of the template

C-terminal His-tags are frequently too disordered to appear in experimental structures, so it's unlikely that they can be modelled - and if they can, even less likely that the model will be meaningful.
