error in RNA-protein docking

Hallow every one

I am doing my docking with autodock software. Taking protein as receptor and RNA as ligand..

But at the time of running it shows the error that "too many torsion". My ligand shows 104 torsion.how can I reduce the torsion of my ligand. Kindly help me.
