Hello everybody,

Looking SNP for my strain compared to a reference I found several genomic blocks(set of genes) that are acquired by horizontal gene transfer from another specie, and I want to present this information by a graph summarizing this variability, and I have data like this table:

position start -  position end  -  Block n°  -  %_of_identity;

    *                        *                  *                     *

    *                        *                  *                     *

I need a tool that can transform this on a curve of  identity in function of genome position!

I'll be grateful.
