In our projects (downstream analysis), we look for appropriate source in proteins( protein or domain), human and plants and etc.

Please help me to choose best one,

Which one of the following list you prefer?

1. NCBI Protein/RefSeq
2. Ensembl protein
3. UniProtKB
4. Pfam
5. Kegg Protein
6. RCSB
