Hi,

from the documentation I know that with NCBI sratoolkit I can easily transform the downloaded sra file archive to fastq format, but, my question is that How can I reverse this operation? I want to store a bunch of fastq files in sra format. How can I do this?

Thank you for your time in advance and any suggestion will be appreciated.
