Hello All,

I have three datasets (A, B, C), each has 245 (A), 286 (B), and 228 (C)OTUs. 107 OTUs are shared by all the three datasets. 154 are shared by A and B; 126 by A and C; and 196 by B and C. I'd like to use a figure to reflect this relationship. Do you know how to draw such a figure, probably by three ellipses with shared and specific OTUs displayed?

Thanks.

Yongjie

The web interface to 3 Way Venn Diagram Generator doesn't look flashy, but it makes an approximately proportional Venn diagram, and the SVG output is easily marked up in Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape to make a publication-quality figure.

Thanks, Alex. That's a great tool.
