Does Uniprot Still Use GRCh37 annotations?

I am trying to enter new ENST id's from the new GRCh38 annotations, however Uniprot returns "not found." So, are they still using GRCh37 annotations? And if so, is there any time estimate as to when they will transition over to GRCh38 annotations?

UniProt release 2014_09 is due out tomorrow Oct 1st (although it might be delayed by a day), and the Ensembl cross-references will be based on Ensembl release 76 which corresponds to GRCh38. If you cannot find what you are looking for in UniProt 2014_09, please contact the UniProt helpdesk with examples.
