Can you help?

I'm looking for plant ChIP-Seq data sets (ideally from Arabidopsis) that have at least 3 replicates and test binding over a time course or in response to a treatment.

Ex) I'd like to find a ChIP-Seq experiment designed similarly to this array experiment from Gloria Muday's lab at Wake Forrest. They collected samples from multiple time points after stimulus with a plant hormone, three replicates collected per time point.

This is for trying out DiffBind R package that can detect differential binding of transcription factors in ChIP-Seq data.

If you know of a such a data set please let me know.

i think in sequence read archive (SRA) of NCBI you can find row data of seq experiment then upload and reformat to adjust with your analizer demands

and u can check GEO expression omnibus in NCBI too
