Hi all,

Thanks to the many people who have helped us with the development and testing of our web application, iPathwayGuide.

We just released the latest version in advance of the 2014 ASHG meeting is San Diego, CA Starting this weekend.

Since we started this project we have had over 1,000 users from almost every country imaginable around the world! It's been truly amazing! Thank you.

Our application goes far beyond simple gene set enrichment. We calculate the perturbations within each system and help you identify putative mechanisms within the pathway that explain the measurements from your experiment.

Our latest release now includes the following:

  • Support for Human, Mouse, Rat
  • Accepts input from CuffDiff, DESeq(2), GEO2R/Limma, JMP Genomics, and any custom *.txt file
  • In-app help videos (just click the "!")
  • Predicted microRNAs (based on mRNA data)
  • Genes analysis
  • GO Analysis
  • Pathway Analysis with Downstream Perturbation Analysis
  • Modeling of Drugs, SNPs, and miRNAs on the pathways
  • Diseases Analysis
  • Full export capabilities
  • Easily share reports with friends and colleagues

Best of all this is still FREE! Please use it as much as possible and tell your friends and colleagues. If you have suggestions on how to make it better, please let us know.

Thank you again to all who have helped us make this a great resource.
