Dear all,

id like to map a BAC sequence in silico in bread wheat and ive being doing some analysis on this platform from URGI. Do you know how to download blast hits? i ve problems doing that, after selecting all hits and clicking download it tells me "File does not exist. Make sure you specified correct file name. "

Any help would be much appreciated

this is not a bioinformatics problem but one that has to do with managing the site above. You should contact the owners of the site.

If URGI keeps failing on you or you dont hear from them, may I suggest to try BLAST or sequence search in Ensembl Plants? You can download the results via the raw results button if needed. Give it a go and contact the Ensembl Genomes team if you encounter problems when downloading the alignments...
