Could you please advise how can I compare data about ChiP enrichment (I need to count correlation)
There are 4 "types" of signal files: 3 wiggle files (smoothed, non-smoothed, and the third type that I haven't seen ever before) and the fourth type is bedgraph. Please advise how can I make them comparable?
