Hi Everyone,

I want to find some tissue specific human/mouse RNA -seq data sets which are not poly A selected. This is because I am interested in finding snRNA levels in these tissues. Can any one help me where I can find such data sets.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards

Varun
