I stumbled across this post but as it was not completely answering my question I was wondering if others might know the answer if there is any... What Tools/Libraries Do You Use To Visualize Genomic Feature Data?
What is a good web based application or code to create a linear + circular viewer which first of all can show simple annotation but might also give an average expression line based on for example JSON data that is retrieved from a genome database?
