Jivarajivaraj, can you elaborate more on your question? What kind of data you have (microscopy)? Have you done any literature review (similar previous studies) before the experiment/analysis? Because if not, it might be difficult to answer your question.

i mean knock out line in arabidopsis, bHLH transcription factor was knocked out in arabidopsis then its impact on morphologyT melabolite content and ect measured, now i want to know if i can model bHLH role on fatty acid synthesis in arabidopsis?
