Is it possible to query uniprot in such a way that it only returns the FASTA or sequence information of a particular structure for example helices.

So that rather than the full fasta sequence, it simply returns anything that resembles:

>Protein A HELIX 1
IPQLYQSGVVVLVLTVLSSMGL
>Protein A HELIX 2
LPQIYQSGVVVLVITVLSSMGI
>Protein B HELIX 1
LTYVAAVAVGMLGASYAAV

... et cetera

I have managed a workaround already that greps out non structural parts, but this is slow, somewhat rigid and labour intensive. Being able to return the results straight out of uniprot using a search query would be ideal.

Thanks so much! This is perfect. Don't know how I missed them in my search!
