Hi everyone,

I am a PhD student in biochemistry, and my lab has a mouse model for breast cancer. We have a gene signature that I would like to use to identify "mouse-like" human tumors for further analysis. I have been told that the naive Bayes classifier is a good option. I am reading the literature and looking at potential software packages. I would greatly appreciate if I could please be re-directed to good how-to-build material or a bioconductor package. I would also greatly appreciate your opinions.

Thank you!
