Tool or method for clustering genes of unknown functions

Hi,

I have did a denovo assembly on RNA seq data. On mapping the contigs there are few genes whose functions are unknown.

Is there any method to group these genes?

There are a number of methods that you can use to cluster genes to try and infer their function. Just google "cluster gene function prediction" (or perform the same search in pubmed) for a large list of papers talking about this. One popular method is to use covariation to for networks and then use the annotated function of the nearest connected genes to infer the function of unknown genes.
