Primer Design from Ensembl VEP Results

Does anyone know if there is a tool associated with ensembl's VEP to design primers for sanger SNP validation?

You can use any primer designer in principle, (e)primer3, etc. But: you cannot validate the variant effect by sequencing, only presence of one or the other allele, therefore it makes not much sense to ask for an associated tool.
