Hi everybody!

Do somebody know a software which is useful to visualize aligned genomes in a circular way? I aligned three bacterial genomes with mummer (Mauve) and now I want to visualize these alignment. The BRIG is a really nice tool but it needs a reference genome and that is a big problem for me.

Thanks for every help.

Circos may be a better choice in such a case. Please have a look http://circos.ca/intro/data_visualization/

Yes the Circos is a really good software but a little to complicate for me. Is there easier solutions?

Please have a look at Sibelia, which can easily generate input config file for Circos
