How to download all miRNA sequences from ensembl and ucsc?

Is it possible to download all the mature miRNA sequences for human based on both the ensembl and ucsc genome annotations? Thank you very much.

In UCSC you can use the 'Table Browser' and in Ensembl the 'BioMart'

You can download all annotated microRNA sequences (precursor and mature) at miRBase. UCSC and Ensembl also get their microRNA sequences from there.
