Currently, for a new research project I am wondering whether there are both proteomic and epigenomic data available for dozens of cell lines (ideally 50 or more).
Specifically, I am looking for cell lines for which high-resolution proteomic data (like wzw.tum.de/proteomics/NCI60/) or at least RRPA data or similar and ChIP-seq data at hand, for instance, for the six IHEC histone modifications. What matters to me is that we do have the same ChIP-seq data at hand (i.e., targeting the same epigenetic mark) for all the cell lines.
In the IHEC consortium, I have found such data regarding the epigenomic data, but I found little cell lines for which I do have both epigenetic data (as in the form of IHEC) and proteomic data.

It would be great if you have any suggestions!
Many thanks in advance!
