Dear Biostars
I have a list of genes and their positions on a sequence in the following format:
gene_type start_position stop_position strand gene_name
There is a good too for visualization of such data as a circular chromosome: http://wolfe.ucd.ie/GenomeVx/
However, I'm interested in something very similar, but in a linear form. Do you know of any online tool that I could use? I've tried Gene Wiz Browser, but due to some java related issues I can't get it to work.
