How to produce binary drug response labels from progression-free survival times?

I have information on some patients treated with a drug about their progression-free survival times in months, and I would like to produce binary labels from it about whether they responded to the drug or not. What is a good way to do this?

If you haven't already graphed the data, then that's step number 1. After doing that, you should have a better idea whether a binary label would even make sense and, if so, perhaps how to create it.
