Assembling Miseq reads based on BAC position

Hi Folks,

I have sequenced 50 Minimum Tilling Path (MTP) BAC clones using Miseq. I assembled those reads using SOAPdenova and ended up with 30 scaffolds. Is it possible to anchor those scaffolds based on BAC position?
