Any relation between pan genome and genome plasticity?

Hello,

I have some confusion related to pan genome and genome plasticity.

Pan genome = core genome + variable genome.

Genome plasticity = MGE + hypervariable segments

Is the variable genome same as genome plasticity? or variable genome is more vast?

How much information do I get about genome plasticity when I analyze Pan genome? See, I m interested in genome plasticity and there are a bench of tools able to screen for that. However, I m convinced that calculating Pan genome would provide additional information about GP but I m stuck. I cant start any calculation because I don t have the sequence yet neither time to do it. I need first to write the theory. Any idea, knowledge and specially literature will be welcome. Thanks
