Hi, I am running the most recent release of Trinotate (v2) and have a query.

The SwissProt BlastP and BlastX output, in the final annotation report, looks different to how its looked in previous versions, in particular they are missing the SwissProt ID (sp| XXXXX) which in previous versions has prefixed the rest of the annotation details. Have I somehow messed up my annotation, or is this an intentional change to the output of Trinotate?
