Snpsift filtering for exon intron

Hi everybody,

In my vcf file I have 7 samples and I have filtered them according to frameshit, missense etc.

My first question is how I filter them based on INTRON or EXON with snpsift last version

2) how can I filter frameshift mutations for first samples as GEN [0]?
