Hello there,
Diana Lab is the widely-known group of bioinformaticians from Greece. They have developed a set of tools that are quite useful for the prediction of miRNA target sites. In particular, they collected the database of the validated miRNA target genes - TarBase. According to their web-site this whole database is available for the download after the signing the license agreement. A month ago I have signed it, send it .. but didn't receive any reply from them. I have repeated my request a couple of times, then I have tried to send the e-mail directly to web-site admin - but again - I didn't receive any feedback from them. So, my question to the BioStar community - maybe someone here know what have happened with that lab? Are there any chance to get their TarBase 6.0. I am interested in it since it seemed to be the most updated one for the fruit fly among other known collections. Sure, I can use their API for downloading their database but I am not satisfied by the completeness of server XML response.
