Dear Biostars users,

HybridStat is a young bioinformatics company based in Athens, Greece. The company's goals is the provision of bionformatics related services regarding the analysis of high-throughput omics data, consulting and custom software solutions. Currently, we are in the process of developing a software product which aspires to provide affordable Next Generation Sequencing data analytics coupled with integration of data available in public repositories.

As we are in the first phases of development, potential user feedback is crucial. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could spend ten minutes filling our questionnaire (and you might get a small reward for that). Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Question 6 only allows one answer. All of the labs I know use multiple efforts.

Question 7 also many use mostly open source but also commercial.

Question 18 takes too much time and effort, so I faked it

The questions before talk of "the software" but its mostly many softwares that are used with different qualitiy.

On page 3 one finally gets to read about the software you develop, but its super generic, stating everything every other suite already does on the market. OTOH I would not have read longer more detailed stuff.

Good luck for your company.
