DTRA has funded a crowd-sourcing project "Identify Organisms from a Stream of DNA Sequences" in 2012.
Announcements were made that the datasets will be publicly available in the January 2013 with correct read assignments. However, I cannot seem to find the datasets nor the correct assignments.
I found the datasets mentioned in the FASTQSim paper, (FASTQSim being the tool used for generating those datasets) but only a single Illumina dataset composition is there.
Does anyone know have these results been published?
