hi all,
i have a question and i hope anyone can help me.
i'm construncting a phylogenetic tree of a protein present in 142 different organisms and i use drawgram and drawtree.
when a perform the analysis the output tree is not good formatted(the branch do not see good and the name of organism are superimpose) because the tree is very large. there is anyone that can help me to set the good parameters to have a good tree of these large organisms?
