Hi people,

Someone could help me to know what the average percentage of disease-causing of mutation in coding regions.

I found some papers have pointed out to ~85% (http://www.nature.com/jhg/journal/v59/n1/full/jhg2013114a.html, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19861545), and others to much less (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23341781).

So, which value is more real?

Thanks,

Francisco.
