Hello:
I am processing the NCI 60 data. And the data downloaded is on the CellMiner. However, what confused me is that the data about gene expression is from five different platforms called Affymetrix:HG-U133, HG-U95 and HG-U133 Plus2.0,Affy HuEx 1.0,Agilent mRNA. And the website combine the five expression data using z-score named as "5 Platform Gene Transcript".
However, it does not provide the detailed information about how to do it with different chip and a bit different gene in each data. Is there anyone knowing how to use z-score to combine five different data?
